During a personal introduction, the consultant will assess your personal and professional requirements. The purpose of this meeting is to get to know you better. We want to find out what your qualities and ambitions are so that we can then determine together which position and which organization will best suit your qualities. We will provide you with detailed information about both the position and the client, so that you can make an informed choice. In consultation with you, we will introduce you to the client and schedule an initial job interview. If the outcome is positive, you will be hired immediately or after a temporary secondment period.
