Job requirements:

· Processing purchase invoices and recording costs based on invoices;

· You process incoming and outgoing payments;

· You manage the suspense accounts and are responsible for flagging any discrepancies;

· You will serve as the point of contact for financial matters raised by various internal stakeholders;

· You are responsible for the accurate and timely processing and verification of daily bank transactions and payment flows.

· You will provide support to the finance department with various tasks;

· Assist with financial reviews and the collection of necessary documentation for reports and audits.

· Other related activities.

Required skills:

· MBO+ level (accounting)

· Handling processes with precision, analytical skill, and accuracy

· You have a good knowledge of Dutch and English (both spoken and written);

· You can work both independently and as part of a team;

· Available for approximately 3 months (with the possibility of a permanent position);

· You are honest and reliable;

· You are available for between 20 and 28 hours;

· Strong communication skills and a sense of responsibility;

· Strong numerical skills and solution-oriented;

· You are a team player and have a problem-solving approach;

· You are familiar with working with ERP systems (pre-Afas);
