Job Description
As a Senior HR Advisor, you will be part of the HR team. In this multifaceted role, you will support and advise management and supervisors on a wide range of issues related to people, organization, and development.
Drawing on your expertise, you will advise and support supervisors on a wide range of issues related to people, organization, and development.
You play a key role in the further development of HR policy and are involved in a wide range of HR topics, including onboarding, career progression, and turnover, as well as recruitment and selection, performance review cycles, and improvement programs. You identify opportunities for improvement, oversee HR initiatives, and actively contribute to the organization’s continued development.

Responsibilities • You advise managers on strategic and operational HR matters.
• You play a key role in the recruitment and selection of new employees and advise managers on filling vacancies and the further development of their teams.
• You develop, implement, and optimize HR policies and HR processes.
• You analyze HR data and reports to support decision-making.
• You coordinate and lead HR projects and change initiatives.
• You oversee onboarding, career development, and separation processes.
• You possess specialized knowledge of compensation and benefits policies.
• You support managers with absenteeism, employee development, and talent management.
• You serve as a point of contact for employees.
• You identify relevant market trends and apply them to the organization.
• You collaborate with international stakeholders and periodically visit overseas locations.

Job Requirements
• Completed higher professional education (HBO) or university (WO) degree in HRM.
• At least 5 years of experience in an advisory HR role.
• Experience within an international organization is a major plus.
• You have broad knowledge of the HR field.
• Knowledge of relevant HR laws and regulations and various HR policy topics.
• Strong communication and advisory skills.
• Analytical, independent, and results-oriented.
• Excellent command of Dutch and English.
• Available 36 to 40 hours per week.
• Partial remote work is possible.
• Willingness to travel internationally on an occasional basis.
