We are looking for a Technical Project Coordinator (NL/EN) for an international, dynamic organization. The organization is located in the Eindhoven region. Do you have an eye for detail, do you work accurately, and are you a good organizer? Then we are looking for you.

You are the point of contact for international colleagues in a technical environment. You work together with the various departments within the company to achieve your goals. You will proactively plan and organize at an international level and solve problems immediately. You provide extensive technical support to your internal colleagues.

You are technically responsible for the planning and organization of various projects. You maintain contact with suppliers, third parties, and internal customers.

Job description

– You ensure that everything runs smoothly and that all project-related matters are arranged in advance. This ensures that international technicians can work successfully, anywhere in the world.

– You ensure that, in addition to arranging international flights, the correct materials/tools and parts are available.

– You take care of the logistics process and ensure that everything is at the right location on time. You have checked in advance that everything is correctly certified and will arrange certification in good time if necessary.

– You manage the vehicle fleet and schedule maintenance (via third parties) in a timely manner.

– You are responsible for managing time and expense reports (consumption, travel, and accommodation expenses).

– You support the team by arranging accommodation and transportation on location. You also book international flights.

– Administrative plan and process everything in the ERP system. You keep track of when, where, and which technician is working internationally. You also take care of the paperwork that the technician needs at the customer's location.

Job requirements

• You have a higher vocational education (HBO) level of working and thinking,
• you have +/- 2-5 years of relevant work experience;
• You are available for 32 to 40 hours per week;
• you have an affinity for technology;
• you have strong communication skills and work proactively;
• you are creative and think outside the box;
• you work in a customer- and goal-oriented manner;
• excellent command of the Dutch and English languages, both spoken and written;
