ABOUT THIS JOB OPENING

Function

You are the point of contact for international customers in a technical environment. You work together with the various departments within the company to achieve your goals and solve problems. You provide comprehensive technical support for internal and external customers. You are responsible for the progress of your customers' orders and ensure customer satisfaction. You maintain contact with suppliers and customers. You keep records for customers in the database.

What are you going to do?

• Answering customer questions by phone and resolving technical issues;
• Handling customer complaints and actively resolving and monitoring them;
• Ensuring complete follow-up with regard to problem solving;
• For parts that need to be replaced, you actively offer an alternative;
• You manage the order portfolio and record matters in the form of a report;
• If the commissioning engineers encounter problems during installation at the customer's site, you will actively provide remote support.
• Occasionally, you will provide support at the customer's location;
• Contact the purchasing department regarding the materials to be ordered;
• Follow up on ongoing matters/clients;
• Collaboration with the various departments.

Job requirements

• Vocational education (MBO) working and thinking level (including industrial automation, electrical engineering)
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience;
• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical components;
• Knowledge of PLCs (programming);
• Thinking ahead and being proactive;
• Knowledge of MS Office package;
• Customer-focused;
• Excellent command of Dutch and English (spoken and written).
