For our client, we are looking for a commercial doer & thinker with a hands-on mentality. As Sales Coordinator, you are the first point of contact for customers. It is your responsibility to take care of customers' concerns. You have a customer-oriented attitude and identify opportunities in the market.

Your tasks will also include:

• You are the point of contact and provide support to customers from A to Z;
• You provide after-sales service to customers;
• You prepare quotations and follow them up;
• You monitor customer requests and follow up on them;
• proactively building and maintaining good relationships with customers;
• you handle complaints;
• monitoring developments and trends in the market;
• analyzing and resolving customer questions and requirements;
• you are focused on continuously improving processes (customer) and working methods;
• keeping track of administrative tasks in the database.

How do you complete the team?

You are 100% behind the organization's concept and know how to convey this with passion. With your commercial insight, you know how to stimulate growth and contribute ideas to various processes.

In addition, it is important that you:

• You have a higher vocational education (HBO) level of working or thinking;
• Affinity with technology;
• You have at least 3 to 5 years of work experience in a similar international position.
• experience in a commercial position is an advantage;
• good communication skills in English and French;
• You are flexible, responsible, and results-oriented.
