Job description:

Our client is a temporary employment and secondment agency that mediates between temporary/seconded workers and clients. Employees are recruited nationally and internationally.

You will celebrate successes together with your team. You will regularly visit your customers and therefore spend a lot of time on the road. You will visit various projects (an average of 10 to 15 visits per week). Your working area stretches from North Brabant to Limburg. You will be present at the head office one day a week. The other days you will be on the road or working from home or from the office in Den Bosch.

You will visit various ongoing projects on a weekly basis. You will hold customer meetings and/or speak with temporary workers. You will be involved in placing temporary/seconded workers in the market. You will ensure (when there is a successful match) that the correct information is provided to the candidate. When necessary, you will arrange training and education. You will also ensure that everything is ready for the candidate's first day at work.

Job requirements:

• Commercial mindset and passionate about the profession;
• Interlocutor at various levels;
• Good knowledge of Dutch and English;
• Stress resistant;
• You have a sense of responsibility and know how to set the right priorities;
• You have a strong personality and see opportunities;
• Knowledge of MS Office;
• HBO (higher professional education) level of work and thinking;
• Eager to learn and a positive attitude;
• You are an energetic team player;
• You have natural charm and charisma.
