Job requirements 

• You will be responsible for processing purchase invoices and recording expenses based on invoices.
• You prepare payments in the financial system;
• You are the point of contact for purchase invoices (internal and external (including suppliers)).
• You perform checks and make adjustments;
• You are responsible for processing expense claims/time registration;
• You will work closely with the finance department and provide support where necessary;
• You are focused on continuous improvement
• You monitor the accounts payable process from A to Z;
• Other related activities.

Required skills 

• You have a good knowledge of the English language (both spoken and written);
• You can work both independently and as part of a team;
• You work accurately and independently;
• You are available between 20 and 40 hours per week. The position can be filled by two part-time employees (20 to 24 hours) or one full-time employee (32 to 40 hours).
• Strong communication skills
• Strong numerical skills and solution-oriented;
• You are a team player and work in a problem-solving manner;
• You are familiar with working with ERP systems;
• Familiar with MS Office.
