ABOUT THIS JOB OPENING

We are looking for an enthusiastic Logistics Administrative Specialist for a manufacturing organization in the Veldhoven region. In this position, you will be responsible for the correct processing of the order process. You will be the designated person to answer all questions regarding current orders and ensure that all processes run smoothly. You will ensure that the internal logistics processes within your department are utilized optimally. Your team is focused on increasing the efficiency of customer production.

You work in a structured manner and are adept at dealing with ad hoc changes. You ensure that orders are completed accurately and on time. You are the first point of contact for this process and are responsible for it from start to finish. You are in frequent contact with various departments regarding the order process.

You are flexible and naturally have a good overview of your work. You are a go-getter and understand things quickly. You have a proactive attitude and are a team player.

The administrative processing of incoming and outgoing goods. You are also responsible for transport documentation/export documents. In addition, you create reports/overviews in Excel.

Your duties will include:

• You will be in frequent contact with colleagues in the logistics department regarding incoming and outgoing goods.
• You follow up on orders (purchasing);
• You order parts from existing suppliers;
• You are responsible for preparing transport documentation/export documents;
• Contact with both internal and external customers;

Job requirements

• HBO working and thinking level (preferably focused on logistics);
• Approximately 5 years of experience in a similar position;
• You are customer-oriented and have good communication skills;
• Good command of the Dutch and English languages;
• You have experience with ERP systems;
• You are also flexible, stress-resistant, and easy to get along with.
