Position

In the position of Key Account Manager Germany, you are responsible for a number of large technical accounts in Germany. The emphasis is on building and maintaining optimal relationships. Internationally, you are a discussion partner for production companies. You are target responsible and you are strong in relationship management and acquisition. You know how to convince your discussion partners of your products and make annual agreements. Although you maintain personal contacts with your customers and colleagues on a regular basis, as a Key Account Manager Germany you often work from home (Germany).

 

You are enterprising and driven and have the natural ability to build a network. You are a self-starter, independent, proactive, and know how to approach the market in a new way. The position includes the following:

 

  • Internationally, you are a discussion partner for larger production companies;
  • You are responsible for targets and you also have experience with this;
  • You know how to convince your discussion partners of your products and make annual agreements;
  • You maintain personal contact with your customers and colleagues on a regular basis;
  • You create an annual plan and know how to work with your customers and prospects in a substantiated manner.

 

Job requirements

  • A completed relevant education at HBO level (including Industrial or mechanical engineering);
  • At least 5-10 years of international sales experience in Germany;
  • Experience with an international technical employer is a must;
  • You have a strong technological background;
  • Fluent English & German (native);
  • You have a commercial attitude, are enterprising and goal-oriented;
  • Knowledge of various cultures and initiative taker;
  • You are a pioneer and work responsibly and independently;
  • Strong in relationship management and acquisition; • Enterprising, driven, and a natural ability to build a network;
  • Independent and proactive.
