As the International Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing several major accounts across the Benelux, the United Kingdom, and Scandinavia. Your primary objective is to build and maintain stable, long-term relationships with clients from a variety of industries. The role involves regular travel to meet with customers and explore new market opportunities.
You will act as a strategic partner to international production companies, taking ownership of sales targets and excelling in both relationship management and business development. You know how to persuade clients of the value of your products and negotiate annual agreements.
You are entrepreneurial and driven, with a natural talent for networking. As a self-starter, you work independently and proactively, with a strong ability to approach and develop new markets.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders
- Understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions
- Conduct market and competitive analysis
- Own the sales process and contribute to company growth
- Provide accurate sales forecasts to senior management
- Act as a strategic partner to international production companies
- Achieve sales targets and negotiate annual agreements
- Maintain regular personal contact with clients and internal teams
- Develop and execute an annual sales plan with a structured approach to clients and prospects
Job requirements
– Bachelor's degree (HBO level) in a technical or commercial field
– 5–10 years of international sales experience
– Experience in a technical international company is essential
– Strong technological background is required
– Fluent in English (spoken and written)
– Commercial mindset, entrepreneurial spirit, and goal-oriented approach
– Cultural awareness and initiative-driven
– Responsible, independent, and pioneering attitude
– Strong in relationship management and acquisition
