The function

As a Recruitment Specialist, you are responsible for recruiting and selecting the right personnel. You know how to find the right channels to advertise vacancies and you are unmatched in your ability to select candidates. You know how to market our client in the right way, enabling you to find employees who are the right fit for our client.

You will also be responsible for the onboarding process and various other matters relating to your new colleagues. You will be the point of contact for new employees and will ensure that they are given a warm welcome. You will familiarize them with the organization and assist them with HR-related questions.

Your tasks will also include:

• Search for, approach, and inspire candidates through various channels;
• selecting the most effective recruitment channels;
• managing all contact moments, job openings, resumes, etc.;
• selecting and actively approaching interesting candidates who fit the outlined profile;
• You write compelling job descriptions and tap into the right channels to market them.
• maintaining external contacts;
• guiding candidates throughout the entire process;
• You maintain contact with educational institutions and attend trade fairs and various related activities.

• Minimum requirement: completed higher professional education (HBO);
• You have at least 5-10 years of work experience in a similar international position.
• good communication skills in Dutch and English;
• You are good at multitasking and always keep track of the big picture.
