ABOUT THIS JOB OPENING

The Position
For an internationally operating organization in the Eindhoven region, we are seeking an experienced HR professional who is eager to take responsibility for accurate personnel administration and timely payroll processing.

In this independent and versatile role, you will ensure that the administrative HR processes for the Dutch and international divisions run smoothly. You will monitor the quality of personnel data, process changes, and coordinate the provision of information to external payroll partners. In doing so, you will maintain an overview, perform thorough checks, and ensure that tasks are completed in a timely manner.
You will serve as a key point of contact for employees and managers regarding practical questions about personnel administration, employment terms, and payroll-related matters. You will work closely with colleagues within HR and maintain contact with external service providers in various countries.
You will be given responsibility for your own work and are expected to organize processes independently, identify bottlenecks in a timely manner, and propose improvements where possible.

Your responsibilities will include, among other things:
• Managing and updating personnel and contract data;
• Collecting, verifying, and submitting data to external payroll processors in a timely manner;
• Verifying payroll output and following up on any discrepancies;
• Answering operational HR and payroll questions from employees and managers;
• Handling administrative tasks related to new hires, transfers, and terminations;
• Ensuring the quality and completeness of data in the HR system;
• Assisting with reports, audits, and periodic HR overviews;
• Identifying and implementing improvements within administrative HR processes;
• Assisting with various HR projects and organization-wide tasks.

What do you bring to the table?
• HBO-level work and thinking skills (preferably in HRM/human resources management)
• Approximately 5 years of recent experience in HR administration and payroll processing;
• Experience in an international work environment is a major plus;
• Experience with HR software and digital payroll processing systems (including AFAS);
• Excellent command of both Dutch and English;
• Good knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft 365 programs;
• Numerical acumen and the ability to quickly identify discrepancies;
• A meticulous, independent, and structured approach to work;
• The ability to set priorities and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously;
• A professional, service-oriented, and approachable attitude.

Who are you?
You’re someone who works meticulously and takes responsibility for the final result. You value accuracy in data, adherence to agreements, and providing employees with clear answers quickly. At the same time, you’re not afraid to take a critical look at existing work methods and come up with practical suggestions for making processes smarter or more efficient.

What can you expect?
You’ll be part of an international and professional work environment that offers plenty of room for personal responsibility. The organization is rapidly evolving, which means you’ll not only be involved in day-to-day operations but will also have the opportunity to contribute to the further professionalization of HR and payroll processes.
