Profile

You are responsible for installing and commissioning machines at the customer's site. You travel extensively both nationally and internationally (approximately 70-80%). You are the face of the organization and strive for optimal customer satisfaction. In addition to your work on site, you will also provide training to customers on how to use the machines.

Function

• You install the machines at the customer's premises and, as a specialist, you are the first point of contact on site;
• Transferring technical knowledge for production and maintenance purposes is also part of your job.
• In addition to your practical work with customers, you are an important source of knowledge for the further improvement of machine concepts. You work closely with project leaders and engineers from the Support group, who can also provide you with technical support.
• you make diagnoses and carry out repairs;
• Report on the work performed and advise on actions to be taken;
• Testing the machines to confirm that they are working optimally.

Job requirements

• You have a higher vocational education (HBO) level of working and thinking (mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or electrical engineering);
• you can work independently at an international level;
• you have at least 3 years of work experience in a similar position;
• you have experience with pneumatic components and PLCs;
• you have a good command of Dutch, English, and German, both spoken and written;
• you are willing to work and reside frequently within and outside Europe;
• you have a proactive and flexible work attitude;
• You are enthusiastic, presentable, solution-oriented, and motivated.
• in possession of a driver's license B.
