Job Description
As an Interim HRM Advisor, you will provide solicited and unsolicited advice and support to management and employees on HR issues so that they can focus fully on the business. You will be a source of information for the board, management, and employees on new and existing employment conditions and developments in legislation and regulations. You are a pleasant conversation partner and you have final responsibility for HR-related matters. You have a proactive attitude and understand things quickly. As a self-starter, you know how to successfully carry out various HR matters from A to Z. You are jointly responsible for various branches (international) and are aware of all developments at branch level.
Your duties as an HRM advisor will include:
- You are an advisor and discussion partner for management and employees;
- You provide advice on various matters (sick leave, dismissal procedures, disputes, and ad hoc matters);
- You are an all-rounder and are familiar with all aspects of the HR profession.
- you are the point of contact for the internal organization;
- you stay up to date on HR trends;
- you have experience with sick leave support and training employees;
- you are responsible for keeping the records up to date;
- you provide reports to management;
- you will be responsible for the entire recruitment process (selection, interviews, hiring);
- you make an important contribution to creating a high-quality organizational culture;
- You are familiar with current legislation and are up to date with developments in labor law.
- you are involved in current projects;
- You play an active role in setting up and implementing various HR projects in the field of employment conditions and job evaluation.
Job requirements
- Completed higher professional education, specializing in Personnel & Labor/HRM
- 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar international position;
- You must be able to work independently and be flexible;
- You are available 24-40 hours per week;
- You will be working in the Eindhoven region;
- In addition, there is the option to work remotely one day a week;
- You are responsible for improvement processes in the field of HR, and new ideas are always welcome.
- Driven and commercially minded;
- You have good communication skills;
- You have experience with Recruitment & Selection;
- Works in a results-oriented manner;
- Experience with MS Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel);
- Fluent command of the Dutch and English languages.
