We are currently looking for an enthusiastic HR & Payroll Assistant for an international organization in Eindhoven. This is a dynamic organization that strives for continuous performance improvement. We are looking for a candidate with strong planning skills who is trained in HR. Someone who is happy to take on responsibility for various HR support tasks and who is confident and assertive. You will also be responsible for payroll administration, submitting the necessary documents to the external payroll provider on a monthly basis.

In this versatile position as HR & Payroll, you will be jointly responsible for the human resources department. Together with your HR colleagues, you will be the first point of contact for questions from employees and managers. You will support the HR team in carrying out various administrative tasks, such as processing personal data, changes, and drawing up contracts.

Your responsibilities and duties include:

• Provide support to the HR team;
• you process all administration related to personnel data;
• Providing input for payroll processing, and you are also ultimately responsible for following up on this;
• Where necessary, you provide employees and managers with the right information and answer questions.
• you are responsible for processing and reporting sick leave;
• you assist in organizing various meetings and gatherings;
• You are jointly responsible for the recruitment and selection process.

Job requirements

• Completed MBO+/HBO education (preferably in HRM);
• Approximately two years of work experience in a similar position in an international environment;
• Excellent command of spoken and written Dutch and English;
• Experience with software such as Excel, Word, and Outlook;
• Strong organizational skills and a true planner.
• You are able to work independently, but you are also good at collaborating with colleagues.
