ABOUT THIS JOB OPENING

We are looking for a results-oriented and decisive Finance Controller for an international organization in the Eindhoven region.

You are responsible for recording the organization's financial administration and processes. You also perform tasks related to overviews and reports. You may also be involved in new projects.

You have one foot in the world of reporting discussions with managers and the other in operations, and you can translate between these two levels in both directions. You report to the Chief Financial Officer.

Your duties will also include:

• Compiling monthly and annual closings for various administrations (and consolidation);
• Prepare financial statements;
• Perform various control activities;
• Preparing financial statement files and collaborating with (external) accountants;
• Optimizing administrative procedures and financial policy;
• Provide input to the auditor during annual audits and be available for any questions;
• Participating in improvement projects;
• Ensuring that the entire process runs smoothly, from receipt of the invoice to payment;
• You are cost-conscious and responsible for identifying risks;

Job requirements

• HBO (specializing in business economics);
• 2-3 years of experience in a similar position;
  Experience at an accounting firm is a major advantage;
• You dare to take initiative and have good communication skills;
• Excellent command of the Dutch and English languages;
• Good experience with MS Office;
• You are available full-time;
• You work accurately and are precise.
