Function 

We are looking for a Customer Support Representative (32-40 hours) for an international organization in the Eindhoven region. As a Customer Support Representative, you will ensure high delivery reliability. You will also support your colleagues in the customer support & purchasing department with various support tasks. You will contribute to the growth of the organization and the department. You will report to the customer support manager.

Your tasks will also include:

• Setting up customer packages and streamlining the planning of customer orders;
• Submitting quotations and arranging for timely delivery;
• You maintain contact with third parties regarding deliveries/appointments;
• Questions from subcontractors regarding pricing policy and work-related matters (planning & working methods);
• Working in a cost-conscious manner and identifying opportunities for cost savings (third parties & purchases);
• Monitoring deliveries (correctness and completeness, as well as);
• Implement improvement processes based on objectives and performance;
• following up on quotes and contracts;
• processing/crystallizing technical instructions and planning/following up on them;
• supporting customers and colleagues in the department;
• proactively building and maintaining good relationships with customers and suppliers;
• monitoring developments and trends in the market;
• analyzing and resolving customer questions and requirements;
• keeping track of administrative tasks.

In addition, it is important that you:

• You have an MBO+/HBO working and thinking level;
• Affinity with technology;
• You have at least 2-5 years of work experience in a similar position.
• experience in a commercial position is an advantage;
• Good communication skills in Dutch and English (German Pre)
• You are flexible, responsible, and results-oriented.
