ABOUT THIS JOB OPENING

For our client, we are looking for a motivated candidate with an overview of service and maintenance planning activities. You are skilled at coordinating activities related to planned service and maintenance. You coordinate and manage the technicians. You are the first point of contact for customers (internal and external).

What will you be doing?
• You will be the first point of contact for customers regarding planned work;
• Coordinating and efficiently planning service and maintenance work;
• Supporting those involved in planning issues;
• Recording contact moments in an automated system;
• Defining actions and assigning and following up on customer contact;
• Following up on complaints;
• Setting priorities;
• Keeping a close eye on staffing capacity and stepping in when problems arise;
• Scheduling technicians and carefully coordinating this with customers;
• Aligning capacity planning with current occupancy;
• Monitoring and following up on agreements made;
• Regular consultation with service technicians, internal departments, and customers;
• Efficient daily scheduling of 25–30 service technicians;
• Checking and administratively processing work orders;
• Preparing, coordinating, and scheduling preventive maintenance and repairs;
• Preparing and analyzing reports;
• Continuous improvement by focusing on KPIs;
• Compliance with SLA agreements.

Who are we looking for?
• You have a higher professional education (HBO) level of working and thinking;
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar position (preferably in a technical environment);
• You have a good command of Dutch and English;
• Affinity with technology and automation;
• You have ERP knowledge and are familiar with planning systems (pre);
• You work accurately, think quickly, and have good communication skills;
• You know how to lead the team with enthusiasm and conviction;
• You have a flexible attitude and work proactively.
